I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a lovely neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and had a traditional Turkish style, adding to the overall experience. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property, from the clean and well-maintained common areas to the picturesque terrace with unbelievable views. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, giving helpful information about the local area and amenities. The breakfast was a real treat, with a wide selection of delicious options including homemade marmalade and locally produced olive oil. The hotel's location in the whole Ayvalik area was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the seafront just a short walk away.
I couldn't fault anything about this hotel - it was perfect.

The hotel is well-located and close to the main attractions. Guests can enjoy beautiful views from the terrace areas and have a comfortable stay. the rooms are spacious with functioning AC, and the bathrooms are clean. the communal kitchen is fully equipped and serves a hearty breakfast that includes local produce. the staff is friendly and helpful in providing guests with information about the area.
The wooden stairs in the building can be noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly at night.

Great View and Clean Room the guesthouse we stayed at was really clean and had an amazing view from the terrace. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the guesthouse was located near the main street full of places to eat and had easy access to transportation to get around the area.
Hard to Find and Noisy the location of the guesthouse was really hard to find and we had to climb a steep hill to get there. the noise level was high and kept us awake at night, making it hard to rest.

The historic building was decorated with traditional Turkish taste and style. The terrace had a beautiful view and was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The location was convenient close to the main street and bus stop.
The toilets and showers were shared and there was no breakfast included. The noise level was high, difficult to sleep so bring some earplugs.
